Harborview 1,656 square feet. Seats 125 banquet style; 150 Stand up reception; 225 Theater style and 125 Classroom

The most popular Tampa meeting room at the Best Western Bay Harbor Hotel, Harbor View overlooks the heated swimming pool and the Bay. Combine productivity and relaxation into one area and the Harbor View room is your answer. Ceiling to floor windows provide stunning views with a tropical ambiance. Harborview is 46 x 36, 1656 square feet and can be broken down into two separate rooms for convenience. The Harborview is located on the first floor close to Crabby Bill’s Beach Club Restaurant.

Chart Room 1,736 square feet. Seats 100 banquet style; 130 Stand up reception; 175 Theater style and 100 Classroom

Consisting of 1,736 square feet, the Chart Room is 62 x 28. This room may be broken into two separate rooms as well. Chart Room East is 784 square feet and Chart Room West is 952 square feet. This room is excellent for more structured training, board meetings and workshops. Located across from the Harborview Room.

Yankee Clipper 648 square feet. Seats 24 banquet style; 35 stand up reception; and 40 Theater style.

This Tampa meeting space is designed for smaller groups and is perfect for department meetings, board meetings or smaller training meetings. The Yankee Clipper faces the front of the hotel is located on the main floor.

Board Rooms

We additionally offer smaller meeting rooms that accommodate from 10-12 guests in Suites 500 and 600. These rooms both provide beautiful views of Old Tampa Bay and have balconies attached to each. Reservations in advance are requested due to the popularity of these rooms.

Additional Space

As for outdoor space, there are numerous areas throughout the property that can serve as your sun-kissed Tampa meeting space. The Dock is a unique location for a cocktail party that is situated over the water: sunsets complimentary, no additional charge. Crabby Bill’s Beach Club is also a great space for an event and just outside, the volleyball nets can be taken down for gatherings directly on the sand.
